Woodsafe Privacy Policy

This document contains information about the policy that Woodsafe Timber Protection AB follows regarding the processing of personal data. The purposes of our processing include, among other things, responding to requests from data subjects, communicating in connection with inquiries or case processing, entering into contracts, delivering our products/services, developing our business, and fulfilling our obligations under statutory requirements.

      The personal data we process is necessary for us to manage orders, invoicing, complaints, warranties, and communication. The processing is thus necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations with the data subject and to take steps at the data subject’s request before entering into a contract.

      n cases where we believe our interest in processing the data outweighs the data subject’s rights/freedoms or interest in data protection, we base our processing on legitimate interest through a balancing of interests. Examples include when processing is necessary to:

However, there may be contractual and legal obligations that prevent Woodsafe from immediately deleting certain personal data. Any personal data that we are required to retain under legal obligations will be blocked so that it can only be used for its specific purposes.
