Södra creates wood solutions that meet the demands of Nordic weather conditions, rational construction and modern architecture. Our project department has high product knowledge and long experience of many different types of treatments for wooden facades, interior cladding and specialities. We take care of planing and finishing as well as transporting your customised order directly to the construction site. We have a wide range of customised wood claddings, which can be delivered painted, precisely cut and heat-treated.

Most of our products can be delivered fire-impregnated. This allows for creativity in both exterior facade and interior cladding, as we can solve tasks where the fire risk of untreated wood would otherwise create obstacles. Compare it to any other material and the difference is obvious. Real wood is natural, it's warm, it's real. In a world of concrete and glass, meeting wood makes people feel better.

In collaboration with Woodsafe Timber Protection, we offer fire-impregnated type-approved systems and CE marked properties. By using WOODSAFE^® type-approved systems, the builder meets the building requirements described in BBR and the Planning and Building Act (SFS2010: 900), including SP-Fire 105 with resistant properties EN 16755 EXT.
